Responsibilities include gardening and groundskeeping, maintenance excellence, and safely driving the village van for transportation purposes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Gardening & Groundskeeping: Maintain the beauty of the village through regular gardening, mowing lawns, and other general gardening duties.
  • Maintenance Excellence: Carry out various general maintenance tasks to ensure facilities meet the highest standards.
  • Transportation: Safely drive the village van to local shopping centers and occasional outings, helping residents access essential services and enjoy social activities.

We are looking for someone with previous grounds and maintenance experience, ideally in retirement villages, aged care, or community settings. You should also have independence and initiative, comfortable communication skills, physical fitness, and a valid driver's license.
