We are seeking a Resident Wellbeing Manager to support villages in bringing our Everyday Wellbeing promise to life.

This role is ideal for Assistant Village Managers or Wellbeing Coordinators looking to take the next step into a more strategic position.

About the Role:
  • Support village teams in creating vibrant wellbeing programs
  • Lead initiatives such as dementia awareness and volunteer programs
  • Be a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns
  • Build strong partnerships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists

As a Resident Wellbeing Manager, you will be at the forefront of wellbeing, working closely with Village Managers, Wellbeing Coordinators, Home Care partners, and local providers to deliver meaningful and measurable programs.
