Resident Wellbeing Manager Role

We're seeking a dedicated professional to support the delivery of our Everyday Wellbeing promise in villages across the region. As an Assistant Village Manager or Wellbeing Coordinator looking to take the next step, or someone with strong community and customer experience skills, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

About The Role
  • You'll work closely with Village Managers, Wellbeing Coordinators, Home Care partners, and local providers to create vibrant wellbeing programs that truly make a difference.
  • Support teams and lead initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs.
  • Be a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns and provide expert advice to teams.
  • Build strong partnerships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists to deliver high-quality services.
  • Champion consistency and celebrating success across your region.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Support village teams to develop inclusive wellbeing programs that promote resident engagement.
  • Lead initiatives such as community outreach, event planning, and volunteer coordination.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on wellbeing-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance resident wellbeing.
