Resident Wellbeing Manager Job

This role is ideal for Assistant Village Managers or Wellbeing Coordinators who are ready to take the next step into a more strategic position, leveraging their community and customer experience skills to drive purpose and inspire connection.

You'll be at the forefront of wellbeing, working closely with Village Managers, Wellbeing Coordinators, Home Care partners, and local providers to deliver programs that truly make a difference. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Village Teams to create vibrant, inclusive wellbeing programs.
  • Leading initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs.
  • Being a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns.
  • Building strong partnerships with home care providers and wellbeing specialists.
  • Championing consistency and celebrating success across your region.

As a Resident Wellbeing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make your mark across multiple villages and teams, grow your career in a role that blends strategy with on-the-ground impact, and work with passionate people who genuinely care about residents.
