Job Overview

This full-time position will see you play an integral role in the general running of our company's administration and accounts. The successful person will be responsible for the day to day running of the office and will support our Company Directors and other staff members.

The role is multi-faceted and as Office Administrator you are the heart of the office, enabling everyone in our small but busy team to work productively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable / receivable Processes via MYOB
  • Invoicing and maintaining accounts and budgets, processing timesheets and payroll
  • Liaise and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, customers and suppliers
  • Provide all aspects of administrative functions, contract reviews, safety SWMS documentation and provide support to senior staff and managers
  • Regular business analysis, including costs analysis, budgeting & calendar management
  • Data entry as required using Excel Spreadsheets & inhouse data applications
  • Answering incoming calls, processing incoming and outgoing mail, providing customer support and assistance
  • Oversee online compliance processes for clients & team members
  • Assist with HR & WHS tasks such as on-boarding new employees and maintaining compliance
  • Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written
  • Maintaining confidentiality on information at all times
  • General and ad hoc administrative support duties as required

Skills and Attributes Required

  • Extensive experience in administration within a fast-paced environment, efficient data entry skills and high attention to detail are essential
  • Extensive experience of MYOB and Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
  • Be highly organised and possess great time management skills along with strong written & verbal communication
  • Competent computer, printer, tablet and mobile phone skills
  • Experience in the trades and services or construction industry is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work in a small friendly team environment

Terms and Conditions

This position is full-time with above award wages based in accordance with the successful candidates experience and qualifications.

Work Week - Generally Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm. Opportunity for a monthly RDO.
