Administrative Operations Coordinator

This is a full-time position that plays an integral role in the general running of the company's administration and accounts.
About the Role
You will provide excellent administrative and customer service support to the organisation. As Office Administrator, you are responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and supporting the Company Directors and other staff members.
The role is multi-faceted, and as Administrative Operations Coordinator, you enable everyone in our small but busy team to work productively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable/receivable via MYOB
- Invoice clients and maintain accounts and budgets, process timesheets and payroll
- Liaise and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and suppliers
- Provide all aspects of administrative functions, contract reviews, safety SWMS documentation, and support to senior staff and managers
- Regular business analysis, including costs analysis, budgeting & calendar management
- Data entry as required using Excel Spreadsheets & in-house data applications
- Answer incoming calls, process incoming and outgoing mail, provide customer support and assistance
- Oversee online compliance processes for clients & team members
- Assist with HR & WHS tasks such as on-boarding new employees and maintaining compliance
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written
- Maintain confidentiality on information at all times
- General and ad-hoc administrative support duties as required
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in administration within a fast-paced environment, efficient data entry skills, and high attention to detail
- Experience with MYOB and Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
- Be highly organised, possess great time management skills, along with strong written & verbal communication
- Competent computer, printer, tablet, and mobile phone skills
- Ability to work in a small friendly team environment
This position is full-time with above award wages based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications.
Above Award Wages: Estimated salary $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
