Lead Business Process Analyst

This is a pivotal role within our organization, requiring a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and process mapping.
Key Responsibilities- Elicitation and analysis of complex business needs.
- Documentation of user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Design and implementation of future-state business processes.
- Comprehensive testing strategies, plans, and cases.
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a complex enterprise environment.
- Excellent process modeling, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Experience working within a SaaS environment (highly desirable).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Technology, or a related field), or equivalent practical experience.
- IIBA Certifications (International Institute of Business Analysis).
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), or CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis).
