Debt Recovery Specialist

About the Role

As a Debt Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a growing ledger of clients across insurance and consumer debt, recovering overdue accounts through regular contact and successful outcomes. You will utilize specialized debt management software to track correspondence and provide updates to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Experience in collections, customer service, call centers, hospitality or retail (desired)
  • Ability and willingness to engage with internal and external stakeholders via phone or other channels
