**Credit Management Professional Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Credit Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in administering our troubled and impaired exposures to effectively reduce bad debt and implement solutions with a customer-centric approach to remediate delinquent accounts.

You will:

  • Develop and implement the most effective course of action for resolution of delinquent or irregular accounts within set guidelines
  • Drive performance improvement initiatives
  • E nsure targets, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Identify and minimize potential losses through effective action
  • Make sound decisions and recommendations based on an assessment of the customer's ability to pay and willingness to cooperate
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all actions taken, including phone calls and correspondence issued, within our systems
  • Ensure all accounts requiring legal recovery action are monitored in a timely manner
  • Risk identification and management

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Understanding of National Debt Collection Guidelines (preferred)
  • Knowledge of debt and securities enforcement practices and processes (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a banking or customer service environment (desirable)
  • Previous experience in collections and/or debt enforcement environment (desirable)
