Are you a seasoned debt collections professional with leadership experience? We're looking for a talented individual to fill a dynamic leadership role in our debt collections team.

This is your ticket to making a significant impact in the daily operations of our debt function. As a leader, you'll be responsible for supervising credit officers, conducting weekly reviews of debtor ledgers, and leading and motivating the team to meet KPIs and targets.

We believe that effective leadership skills are essential for driving success in debt collections. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for resolving escalated queries and review and suggest process improvements to drive efficiency.

We're seeking a candidate with 3-5 years+ leadership experience in debt collections, strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and negotiating skills, and intermediate-level MS Excel skills.
