Our Federal Government Client is seeking an APS 3 Call Centre Officer to manage incoming inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to email and telephone inquiries
- Utilize training and resources to provide accurate information and effective support
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or supervisors
- Provide general administrative support
