Job Overview

A dynamic Venue Manager is sought to lead our team. With a sharp eye for running a great sports bar, you'll take charge of one of the Gold Coast's favourite local watering holes.

We're in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing fast-paced wagering & gaming venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the venue
  • Manage staff and maintain high service standards
  • Cultivate and nurture strong management teams
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Execute venue promotions and adapt to local market trends

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience working in a Gaming & Wagering-focused venue
  • Strong understanding of P&Ls and ability to deep-dive into venue performance
  • Familiarity with venue systems and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
  • Hands-on leader who thrives on the floor – especially during peak service, weekends, and sporting events
