As a Bar Attendant, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their beverage needs are met with efficiency and a warm, welcoming attitude. You'll have the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, interacting with a diverse range of patrons and contributing to the overall success of our prestigious establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain an extensive understanding of beverage products, flavors, and preparation methods
• Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness and organization behind the bar
• Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests, anticipating their needs
• Strictly adhere to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines and regulations

What are we looking for:

• Bar experience with a comprehensive knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and beverage trends (highly regarded)
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, problem-solving and attention to detail skills (highly regarded)
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Duties may also include serving food and beverages
• Flexible availability with weekends essential
• Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
