Event Operations Director

Leading our team as an exceptional Event Operations Director is a prime opportunity to drive results at The Sporting Globe. As the key figure, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver a winning experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
- Drive operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the venue.
- Train and mentor staff to improve performance and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of the venue.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, preferably in restaurants or pubs.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational costs.
- Hold RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics & Advanced certifications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
