This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to take on a key role in the smooth operation of our venue.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the venue are running smoothly, motivating the team and helping to build a winning culture.
- Support the shift by making sure every area of the field is running efficiently
- Motivate the team and help build a high-performing team culture
- Assist with stock, reporting, compliance, and operational tasks that keep the venue at its best
- Be the go-to person when the manager is away, keeping the plan on track and standards at their highest
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality (with a bonus for those who have worked in pubs, bars or restaurants)
- RSA, RSG, and TAB Basics certifications
