Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our sports bar and gaming venue. As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a team of staff, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in venue management, excellent team leadership skills, and the ability to nurture strong management teams. You should have experience working in Gaming & Wagering-focused venues, managing labor costs, and investigating stock variances.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the overall performance of the venue
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and promotions
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders

About the Role

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Hospitality or a related field
  • Proven experience in venue management, preferably in Gaming & Wagering-focused venues
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

You will also need to have a strong understanding of financial management, including profit and loss statements, and be able to make data-driven decisions.
