Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests receive personalized attention and a memorable experience.
  • Cleanliness and organization of the trolleys, efficient handling of orders, and prompt service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and follow standard operating procedures to ensure seamless operations.
  • Promote the 'Passion for Excellence' by embodying French hospitality and striving for excellence in every interaction.
  • Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of Sofitel Brand Standards, ensuring consistency across all areas.
  • Support the Outlet Manager in training and developing colleagues, with a focus on delivering exceptional service standards.
  • Foster open communication, addressing guest concerns, and escalating issues to supervisors as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
  • A current RSA certificate and the ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to Sofitel's brand image and expectations.
