**What this opportunity involves**:
JLL is seeking a passionate Workplace Ambassador to join our onsite team, delivering exceptional workplace experience services to a global, social media client in Sydney’s CBD. Assist in the management of front desk services and execute workplace initiatives, collaborating with the client stakeholders.
**Overview of the role**:
Manage reception desk as primary point of contact
Deliver exceptional client experience and hospitality
Handle employee inquiries, issues, and feedback
Execute experience services aligned with SLAs and client goals
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting
Assist with client events and manage conference room bookings

Prior experience in hospitality, events or facility management
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
