**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Excellence**:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, lead qualification, and closing strategies.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our vocational education programs and effectively communicate their value to prospective students.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate and nurture connections with prospective students through personalized interactions and follow-ups.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational partners and influencers in the industry.
- **Education Enthusiasm**:

- Showcase a genuine passion for vocational education and stay updated on industry trends.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the benefits and unique features of our educational programs.
- **Digital Savvy**:

- Utilize online platforms and tools to maximise outreach and engagement.
- **Initiative and Drive**:

- Proactively explore new avenues for student recruitment, including partnerships, events, and community outreach.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for vocational education and a deep understanding of the industry.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $85,129.28 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week

- Sales: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
