- Head Concierge - Parramatta & Sydney CBD ( Full time )
- Support Concierge - Agile Team (Full time & Casual)
- Workplace Ambassador Lead - Client Experience/ Reception (Full-time)

We are looking for positive, adaptable individuals who are passionate about service and take pride in tailoring the experience to each employee & visitor.

**What you'll bring to the role**:
You should have experience in a customer-facing position in an office, hotel, airline or hospitality environment.

Your natural talent for connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, building genuine rapport, and nurturing relationships will be invaluable.

Your motivation will stem from establishing authentic connections, paying meticulous attention to detail, adeptly following processes, and dedicating yourself to closing the loop.
