Commercial Strategy Lead - Patient Access

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our commercial strategy and improve patient access.

  • Develop and implement commercial finance strategies to optimize revenue cycle.
  • Partner with General Managers and Clinical Leaders to identify opportunities for improved patient access.
  • Analyze clinical and financial information to understand sustainability of various service offerings.

This role is key to providing commercial insights and influencing business decisions.

We seek a curious self-starter who can identify opportunities through analysis, exceptional analytical and problem-solving capability, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and written, strong business acumen and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead commercial finance analysis and development of pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to provide commercial analysis and insights on external partnership agreements.
  • Manage risks and opportunities to the financial plan.
