About the Role:
The Commercial Strategy Lead will drive performance, value for money, and contract compliance across complex projects.
This role requires a dynamic and strategic-minded professional with expertise in commercial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all commercial and subcontract management activities from an Australian perspective.
- Implement systems and procedures to support the transfer of knowledge and technology from project teams to Australia.
- Establish intellectual property and information management processes.
- Prepare and review head contract changes and other contractual documents.
