We have a rare and exciting opportunity available, as the Commercial and Revenue Manager - Patient Access, responsible for leading the commercial strategy in identifying areas to improve patient access and value-based pricing.

Key to this newly created role will be providing commercial insights to support business decisions and influencing service profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Commercial finance lead providing insights on opportunities relating to changes to the Medicare Benefit Schedule (MBS) and Pharmacy Benefit Schedule (PBS)
- Identify improved patient access opportunities, partnering with General Managers and Clinical Leaders to implement
- Partner with National Patient Accounts Lead to ensure implementation of identified pricing strategies and structures, and optimisation of revenue cycle
- Refine and enhance our value-based pricing structure, in partnership with the leadership team, balancing commercial outcomes with needs of referrers and patients
- Lead analysis of clinical and financial information to understand sustainability of various service offerings, and make recommendations on opportunities to improve
- Partner with Business Development to provide commercial analysis and insights on external partnership agreements such as hospital providers and state health departments
- Active management of risks and opportunities to the financial plan
- Ad hoc commercial decision support as required

Who you are:

- An experienced Leader with a proven track record in influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Adaptable to and management of change and organisational transformation in high growth corporate environments
- A curious self-starter who can identify opportunities through analysis
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capability
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbal and written
- Strong business acumen and project management skills
- Have a substantial amount of relevant experience in Finance and analytical roles
- Bachelor's degree or experience considered equivalent
- Preference for CA or CPA qualifications
