Patient Access and Flow Strategist

Effective patient flow and access management is crucial for delivering high-quality care in a healthcare setting. As a Nurse Manager Remote Health Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that patients receive the right care, in the right place, by the right team.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance patient flow and access across the organization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication among stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing strategic decisions to optimize patient outcomes.
- Communication: Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals through excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Leadership: Demonstrate clinical leadership skills and an ability to lead a team, driving change initiatives and managing competing priorities.
- A current nursing/midwifery registration with the relevant governing body.
- Demonstrated understanding of principles, systems, and processes related to patient flow and discharge planning.
- Proven clinical leadership skills and an ability to lead a team.
