This role involves providing level 2 IT support to a diverse client base, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of technical issues.

  • Manage a high volume of support tickets via phone and ticketing systems, escalating complex issues to senior engineers as required.
  • Deliver remote and onsite support for desktops, servers, and infrastructure, performing scheduled maintenance and urgent visits as needed.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on project-based initiatives and provide expert advice on technology solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update the internal knowledgebase, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer.
  • Participate in rotating rosters, including after-hours support, to ensure continuous coverage.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry standards, promoting a culture of excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant IT qualifications or certifications.
  • Extensive experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, VLANs).
  • Experience with Windows Server, virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
  • Familiarity with switches, firewalls, and wireless infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
