Job Opportunity: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take on a key role in managing and maintaining our IT systems, working closely with colleagues from various departments to deliver exceptional support and drive process improvements in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of our HR system, developing clear and user-friendly documentation and training resources. They will troubleshoot and resolve system issues, streamlining workflows and processes, build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support decision-making, and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR and payroll requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including the HR system.
  • Develop and implement clear documentation and training resources.
  • Resolve system issues and streamline workflows and processes.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.


The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Specialist, with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a solutions-focused mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in workflow optimisation, and understanding of HR and payroll processes and compliance are also essential.
