Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our national team. This role involves providing clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers, aiming to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in performing assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres and clinics. They will also possess excellent communication skills to work with clients in setting and achieving rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Perform comprehensive assessments and develop targeted interventions to support the rehabilitation of injured workers.
  • Case Management: Work closely with clients to set and achieve rehabilitation goals, ensuring timely return-to-work outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA or ASORC.
  • A vehicle and driver's licence.
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one.
