Rehabilitation Consultant Job

  • Apply your clinical reasoning skills to support individuals who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work.
  • Take a holistic care approach, working within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing.
  • Perform various assessments, including vocational assessments, transferable skills assessments, job preparation services, worksite assessments, and initial needs assessments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and allied health professionals.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans through case management.
