Rehabilitation Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to support clients suffering from workplace or motor vehicle injuries, with the goal of helping them return to work and daily activities.

As a key member of our team, you will conduct workplace assessments, functional capacity evaluations, and develop effective return-to-work plans. You will collaborate closely with employers, insurers, and medical professionals to achieve outstanding client outcomes.

  • Conduct thorough workplace assessments and functional capacity evaluations to inform return-to-work strategies
  • Develop and implement tailored return-to-work plans that cater to individual client needs
  • Build strong relationships with employers, insurers, and medical professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • Tertiary qualifications as an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Osteopath, along with relevant professional accreditation (APHRA, ESSA)
  • Previous occupational rehabilitation experience is desired but not required; we prioritize candidates who demonstrate drive, integrity, and a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • A current driver's license and access to a vehicle
