This is a high-impact position that will focus on technical foundations and user experiences within our platform's remit, including employee data, account administration, permissions, and login.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with product designers and user researchers to identify and validate customer needs.
  • Working with engineers to understand and assess technical tradeoffs and find practical solutions.
  • Owning the roadmap for your team, making prioritization decisions, and communicating the 'why' behind investment choices.
  • Aligning with other product managers and technical leads to drive work towards an envisioned future state for our platform.
  • Driving adoption of our services and products within other teams.
You'll be working collaboratively with a cross-functional team and have access to strong technical expertise.About you

We're looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in product management (or similar).
  • A strong technical background, with credibility among engineers.
  • An interest in platform roles with both internal and external focus.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Research skills and the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
