Senior Technical Leader

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and scale our team of full-stack and cross-functional engineers. As the leader of a technical team, you will work collaboratively with product and other teams to operate and evolve our e-commerce platform.
Key responsibilities include people management (direct reports), technical leadership, and delivery of projects. You will work closely with stakeholders to influence product, technical, and architectural decisions.
You will also be responsible for hands-on coding on the product, delivering new features and functionality, and providing support to bugs. Additionally, you will champion software engineering principles to deliver a better experience for our users and an engaging technology-led engineering environment.
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You will also lead a team of thoughtful, fast-moving, and motivated engineers, setting and defining standards that improve developer workflows.
