A Day in the Life

You will rotate through different areas of our business, including:

  • Line and Production Management: Manage production lines and oversee the manufacturing process.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of our products by implementing and maintaining quality control processes.
  • Safety Health and Environment: Promote a safe and healthy work environment, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Sustainability: Develop and implement sustainable practices throughout our operations.
  • Manufacturing Excellence: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement improvements to our processes and systems.
  • Loss Analysis: Analyze and reduce losses in our operations.
  • Product Applications or Technical and Production: Develop and implement new product applications and technical solutions.

You will learn about project management, working with Manufacturing Quality, Line Management, Safety, Sustainability, and more. Opportunities to put everything you learn into action by working on exciting projects with colleagues and customers alike to tackle daily challenges and deliver best practice.

Relocation is required for your rotation plan, supporting your learning and growth journey within our global business.

You will be supported by a tailored learning and development plan to enhance your leadership skills and set you up for long-term success.

What Makes You Successful

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A completed University Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Chemical, Industrial, Computer Science and Robotics) or Packaging Science in the last 2 years or in your final year of completion.
  • Full Australian working rights - Permanent residency or Citizenship (visa sponsorship is not available).
  • A current valid driver's license.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, adaptable, and results-driven individuals who thrive in a team environment.
