Content Manager Role Overview">

As a highly organised Content Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing Commercial Property Business performance by developing and embedding improvements to customer-centric journey touch points. This involves creating and distributing content across all owned, earned, and paid channels.

You will be responsible for executing quarterly content strategy, which includes management, maintenance, and growth of content partners to deliver written articles, blogs, white papers, photography, videography, testimonials, and marketing collateral.

The role requires developing, managing, and executing quarterly media strategy (organic and paid social media, display and retargeting) including distribution and content creation to support awareness, engagement, and acquisition campaigns.

Day-to-day management of social media platforms involves community management and driving audience growth and engagement (including LinkedIn and Facebook).

You will be accountable for the creation, management, and execution of end-to-end customer journey and CX strategy via Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.

Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies focused on customer experience and engagement aligned to asset-level strategy and broader B2B strategy is also an essential part of this role.

A design calendar of asset-level content, campaigns, events, and activations aligned to key areas of opportunity is required.

Developing and strengthening strategic stakeholder relationships across national and regional marketing teams and asset teams to ensure engaged execution of the marketing strategy is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in marketing or communications
  • At least two years' experience in a marketing-related role
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to distil complex concepts into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Event management experience advantageous but not essential
  • Salesforce marketing cloud advantageous but not essential
