Personal Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal Care Specialist to provide exceptional in-home care and support to clients across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized care and assistance with daily activities, adhering to Client Care Plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, including personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and more.
  • Identify client care needs and work collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure holistic care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members.
  • Support clients with light housekeeping duties to promote independence, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
  • Maintain accurate daily client notes and promptly report any concerns to the RN/Care Manager.
