Personal Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to provide exceptional support to clients in their homes.
This role is ideal for individuals who value the importance of personal care and can work effectively with clients with diverse needs.
The successful candidate will have strong expertise in mental health care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients with daily activities, following their individual care plans.
- Work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality care, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.
- Identify client care needs and collaborate with the client's care team to ensure holistic care.
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members.
Requirements:
- Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent).
- Current Senior First Aid [HLTAID011], CPR [HLTAID009] and Manual Handling [HLTWHS005] qualifications.
- A roadworthy and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence.
- NDIS Screening (or willingness to get).
- Strong expertise in mental health care.
- Flexibility with shifts and willingness to travel.
