Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior International Compliance Manager to lead our APAC operations and ensure the organisation's adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of compliance laws, regulations, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field and approximately 3-5+ years of experience in a compliance role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring compliance activities, conducting audits, and investigating potential violations while promoting a culture of compliance and ethical behavior. They will also assess and mitigate compliance risks, develop and deliver compliance training, and prepare and submit compliance reports.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus national and global travel opportunities (1-2 trips to the US each year).

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor compliance activities, conduct audits, and investigate potential violations.
  • Assess and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3-5+ years of experience in a compliance role.
  • Strong experience managing international compliance standards (ISO).
  • Strong understanding of compliance laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and data management skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in compliance software and tools.
