Job Summary

Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager for Regulatory Compliance to join their team on an initial 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various programs of work across the organisation, with a focus on regulatory projects and remediation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Agile Project Management: Facilitate agile project execution, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Financial Crime Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of financial crime regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 8 + years of experience as a Project Manager/ Scrum Master working on (remediation, AML/KYC, Risk, regulatory projects)
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and project management frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience
  • Scrum Master certification
