Lead Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned power industry and client relationship expert to join our team to support business development and growth activities.

The role involves driving new business opportunities, building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, and developing strategies to increase project pipelines, conversions, and profitability.

  1. Pursue and Convert New Business Opportunities: Utilize market research and develop win strategies and proposals to secure new projects.
  2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Develop Market and Project Pursuit Plans: Create strategies to expand our project pipeline and market presence, driving business growth and revenue.
  4. Support Pre-Contracts and Estimating Functions: Define and present our value proposition, negotiate contracts, and close deals to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. Energy Infrastructure Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the energy infrastructure sector in Australia, with an established industry network and reputation.
  2. Leadership and Communication Skills: Demonstrate leadership ability, effective communication, and influencing skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
  3. Power Industry Knowledge: Have knowledge of power industry standards and compliance requirements.
  4. Growth Mindset: Showcase a growth mindset with a proven track record of converting opportunities into successful outcomes.

This is a headquarters-based role with regular travel as required.
