Energy Transition Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced executive to drive the development and execution of our renewable energy portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping Queensland's energy future and driving long-term sustainability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust pipeline of new energy generation, storage, and firming projects.
  • Lead delivery of infrastructure and systems to support future energy projects.
  • Identify and commercialise new revenue streams and adjacent market opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with private sector organisations and government agencies.
  • Oversee corporate strategy and sustainability initiatives, including emissions reduction planning.
  • Develop investment-grade business cases for new projects for senior management consideration.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that is focused on innovation and growth.
About You

You are a seasoned executive with deep experience in the energy sector and a proven ability to lead complex commercial projects and infrastructure delivery. Your insight into Australia's energy transition, regulatory frameworks, and investment environment will ensure your success.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as business, engineering, or law are essential. Experience in large-scale infrastructure delivery will also be beneficial.
