The role involves obtaining quotes, drafting contractual documents, preparing cost reports, conducting post-tender bid evaluations, procurement, cost forecasting, budget management, and negotiating contract terms.

  • Obtain subcontractor and supplier quotations for compilation of bid analysis documentation
  • Assist the commercial manager in drafting contractual documents
  • Prepare end-of-month cost reports and forecasts against budget
  • Support post-tender bid evaluations and procurement processes
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and management of contracts within project requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess formal qualifications in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, minimum 5 years' relevant experience, excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to multitask, strong interpersonal skills, and capacity to work under pressure.
