Energy Sector Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Energy Sector Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively managing and submitting high-quality proposals for major project utilities tenders across the power and water infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the power, water, and energy sectors.
  • Coordinating with various internal departments including engineering, estimators, legal, quality assurance, and operations.
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills, including demonstrated proposal writing expertise, facilitation, and presentations.
  • Acute awareness of market influences and the ability to strategically respond when tendering, including macro-economic, social, and geopolitical risk.
Requirements:
  • Formal qualifications in engineering, business, or project management.
  • Experience in tendering, business development, procurement, estimating, risk, or project controls.
  • Strong knowledge of the power, water, and energy sectors.
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proposal writing expertise, facilitation, and presentations.
  • Acute awareness of market influences and the ability to strategically respond when tendering.
