About the Role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our culinary team as Kitchen Staff.

Job Description

As a member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food production and presentation. This includes supporting the team in achieving consistent results, carrying out food preparation tasks efficiently, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout all work areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in delivering high-quality food production and presentation
  • Carry out food preparation tasks efficiently and in line with presentation guidelines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout all work areas
  • FOLLOW strict food safety and hygiene practices, avoiding cross-contamination
  • Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning duties as required
  • Report any maintenance, hygiene, or safety hazards promptly

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience working in a kitchen, ideally with some exposure to South East Asian cuisine (desirable but not essential)
  • A willingness to learn new skills and support the culinary team
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Energy, motivation and reliability in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
  • Flexibility to work across different shifts (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
