Job Title

Supply Chain Talent Acquisition Specialist

Gain a challenging role as a Supply Chain Talent Acquisition Specialist with our HR Consultancy firm.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our clients.
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates and assess their skills, knowledge, and experience.
  3. Conduct interviews and evaluate resumes and applications to fill open positions.
  4. Assess applicants' suitability for the roles and complete paperwork for new hires.
  5. Participate in business development and client relationship management to grow our Supply Chain Logistics portfolio.
Requirements

For this role, you will need:

  • A combination of formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering.
  • Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory).
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and also part of a team.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory).
  • Interest and ability to approach new clients and manage clients ongoing.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with HR Consulting professionals.
  • Continuous improvement approach to work processes.
