Senior Analyst Job Description

A pivotal role exists within our organization to meet strategic objectives and regulatory requirements for key mandates, through active portfolio management, financial analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.

  • Develop and maintain the Fund and Cash Management models, incorporating asset management cashflows, capex, and valuation assumptions.
  • Analyze asset and portfolio performance against investment strategies and relevant benchmarks.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packs for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to annual strategic asset plans and budgets, ensuring effective implementation.
  • Research emerging markets, compile data, and perform financial analysis to inform forward-looking decision making around investment strategies.
  • Manage and deliver external valuations, reviewing and analyzing data for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversight of ESG initiatives and fund-level ESG reporting, including annual GRESB submissions.
  • Assist with debt strategy, reporting, and refinancing efforts.

We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will have 5 years of experience in real estate funds management investment, with expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and/or development feasibility.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
