Portfolio Leader

The Portfolio Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping the company strategy, driving product innovation and profitability across consumer channels. This role requires someone with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define brand positioning, portfolio architecture and growth strategy
  • Lead innovation pipelines through commercial development stages
  • Partner with sales teams to bring plans to life across retail activation
  • Manage profit drivers including pricing optimisation and margin mix improvement
  • Mentor and support a small team, building capability and pace
  • Influence key stakeholders across marketing, sales, R&D and operations
Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in FMCG, consumer goods or related sectors
  • Strong track record in product innovation, category management and portfolio growth
  • Commercial acumen and ability to link strategy with financial outcomes
  • Confidence in stakeholder management and cross-functional influence
  • Experience leading and coaching others with a collaborative style
  • Able to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery
