**Executive Portfolio Manager Role**

We are seeking an experienced Executive Portfolio Manager to lead our EPMO function in the chemical manufacturing industry. This role requires strategic portfolio management, program and project planning, governance facilitation, key risk and issue management.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will have a track record of running an EPMO function reporting to a senior executive. Experience within a high-growth environment where many projects involve business level integration is also essential.

**Desirable Skills and Experience**

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience planning and organizing a portfolio of strategic initiatives and managing within a senior executive stakeholder environment. They will also have experience in designing and uplifting the capabilities inherent in an EPMO, including process, tools, resourcing and use of data.
