Portfolio Leadership Role

This is a highly visible leadership position where you'll shape strategic investment outcomes, collaborate across functions, and engage directly with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive client portfolio construction and fund selection in collaboration with the Portfolio Solutions and Asset Allocation teams.
  • Oversee the delivery of timely, accurate reporting, including market updates, performance attribution, and client reporting.
  • Manage client relationships, address portfolio queries, and represent the organization in Investment Committee meetings.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements, including system enhancements and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Mentor team members and develop new client reporting capabilities to support evolving business needs.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and risk, ensuring alignment with benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in investment research, funds management, or a related financial services environment.
  • A strong background in portfolio construction, fund selection, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with experience using Bloomberg and MSCI Barra considered advantageous.
  • A finance-related degree and ideally a postgraduate qualification, reflecting deep technical and strategic expertise.
