Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Organizational Change Specialist to spearhead projects and change initiatives, ensuring they meet objectives on time and within budget. This role involves driving employee adoption and usage of new processes, systems, and technologies.

The successful candidate will focus on the human side of change, encompassing adjustments to business processes, systems, technology, positions, and organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strategic plan to enhance adoption of change management techniques within our organization.
  • Design and implement change management plans for each project or change initiative, acknowledging diverse aspects of the change process.
  • Create and refine change management processes and tools to support seamless integration and stakeholder engagement with change principles.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Executive Leadership to design and execute Communication Strategies for change initiatives.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of communications relevant to change initiatives.
  • Prepare in-depth impact analyses and evaluations of actual change impacts, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics, as well as manage anticipated resistance to change.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Qualifications in business or behavioral sciences.
  • Demonstrated experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience with medium and large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • In-depth understanding of how people navigate through change and the change process.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated expertise in communication and stakeholder management at all levels within the organization.
  • Acute business acumen and comprehension of organizational issues and challenges.
  • Desirable: IT automation and AI experience, manufacturing industry experience, and change management certification.
