Our diverse product portfolio ranges from high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams to integrated systems, customized services, infrastructure, signaling, and digital mobility solutions.

We seek an experienced leader who can collaborate with our team to drive and coordinate locally within our Performance System (APSYS) roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Site Director on strategic transformation using site SQCD objectives and APSYS roadmap.
  • Train the team on APSYS program, methodologies, requirements, and tools on the site or project.
  • Consolidate and report deployment status on a monthly basis to Depot Managers and APSYS Central team/ANZ Quality.
  • Support each department in APSYS deployment by providing on-field expertise on APSYS requirements.
  • Assist Operations by reviewing task sequencing, reducing non-added value tasks, developing methods, and tools to improve results.
  • Map local processes flow chart and identify room for improvement, muda to be addressed.
Requirements:
  • Responsible for self-assessment consolidation and APSYS assessment week/support mission's preparation (logistics/agenda/people availability).
  • Perform APSYS assessments and prepare APSYS audit on site.
  • Practice (and host) internal and external benchmarks.
  • Identify good practices and transmit them to the APSYS Community.
  • Contribute as trainer to global training program deployment and share good practices & benchmarks.
