Transformation Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced professional to join our team as a Transformation Manager. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of Microsoft 365 migration and adoption projects.

The Transformation Manager will be responsible for driving faster adoption, higher utilisation and proficiency with the Microsoft 365 product set, complementing other communication and collaboration tools being implemented across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and support a Microsoft 365 transformation programme, serving and supporting the successful delivery of M365 change initiatives, in partnership with M365 solution providers.
  • Understand the organisational culture and determine how to facilitate change across the organisation.
  • Lead M365 project teams in conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Support the design, development and delivery of M365 Change Management and Communication Plans.
  • Working closely with our M365 solution provider, lead the design and delivery of a M365 training programme.

Requirements:

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted work environment.

  • An understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of projects/programmes with a strong focus on building collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
